I read that people were recommending powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury powder. I bought 2 big containers without a taste test. BIG Mistake! It is awful and makes anything I put it in taste horrible.

I have just been using Protein shakes that I found from a previous diet. I gave up on looking for a true tasteless Protein Powder.

How about one that tastes good and mixes really well with Water, soy milk or whatever your liquid preference?

"Greens Transform" by Genuine Health in Canada...it has 18 grams of Protein. And the vanilla flavour is very yummy. As long as you don't mind the colour...it's green...

Any whey (you can get it at GNC) -- it mixes well with almost anything, and I can't really taste it -- you just a get a very very slight hint that something is there, but i think it is more mental than anything.

I know I put it in there... so i keep expecting to taste it. (ya know)

You can add it to Protein shakes, Soups, ANYTHING... is the best I've ran across so far

i would recommend this unflavored Protein powder also......but i would suggest you find it online rather than GNC. The price at GNC was almost double from what i paid online.

Google online for Optimum nutrition for price comparisons...i found a few.

It can be mixed with cold foods and also be cooked. Comes with a little recipe/suggestion booklet.
