Eating too much..

I am 10 weeks out tomorrow and I can eat 3 oz of meat each meal (meals consist of only meat) but I feel like I should not be eating that much just 10 weeks out. Any suggestions?? Anyone experiencing this?

My pureed stage right now I'm getting 2-3oz of pureed stuff, like tuna and chicken salads. That's about as solid as I get. Most of my meals are around 3ozs. I'm 4 weeks out today. Gotta get some veggies in too!

That's normal for 10 weeks per my nutritionist, I am 3 weeks and I eat 3-4oz. For dense proteins like meat I can only tolerate 2-3 oz, but if it's soft or semi liquid I can tolerate 4 oz.

I am not quite three years out and last night I ate 3 oz (rump roast) of meat and a fourth cup of 1% cottage cheese. I can eat four oz if I eat nothing else. You many not have heard this before but try and eat 'under your sleeve'. Eat LESS than you CAN. Just because we can, doesn't mean we should. I still weigh and measure my food when I'm at home, I KNOW what i can hold, and I try and eat a little less. Since I really don't get hungry and don't feel full until it's too late......it's pretty easy! I was told to do this early on. It's pretty good advice, or it has been for me. :)
