I also had my surgery done in Alma by Dr Cudjoe! How are you doing thus far?

I'm doing ok, down 26 lbs thus far! Struggling to get my fluids and stuff though.

I still struggle getting my fluids and protein.. Dr Cudjoe said i was doing awsome just to keep trying to sip on water all day...i bought some new protein mix on Amazon last week and i mix it with water..it is so good..its mint choc chip.. I have been trying to get 50 ounces of water each day!

Yeah I found a protein shake I like. I need to get better about taking in the liquids, I feel like I am always full though so most of the time even the water doesn't really go down well. I have bought a bunch of different things so that I can have some variety in my life.

Great! I did my first 5k today! Still taking it day by day but I definitely feel like it's getting easier and easier! How are things going for you?
