What should I expect at first NUT appt?

For some reason I am picturing myself in a bra and panties getting my picture taken and my kids haven't given me 5 seconds alone to shave my legs! LOL!

LOL Mine was just an office meeting and I got weighed (my official start weight that was submitted to insurance). We spoke about what to expect leading up to and after surgery. She put me on a vitamin regimen and let me know what was required as pre op diet and when to begin. We spoke about my habits and if I was fully aware of the big change to come. She gave me a bunch of reading materials and the first diet stages, some recipes etc.

I didn't see her again until my first post op appointment. She was very supportive and welcomed questions, concerns etc.
