What are "fat pockets"? If you are referring to fatty trouble areas on your body there is nothing you can do besides watching your diet and cardio. You can not spot reduce fat in any certain area of your body. Well you can but that would require another surgery or lipo. Old fashion way is diet and cardio.

no not the trouble areas i mean like the pebble size fat globs that you get in your arms and legs after the weight loss

you cannot spot reduce and also fat cells never go away unless you have them sucked out via liposuction or cut off via plastic surgery of some sort. They only deflate.

It's hard to understand what you mean by this question.

Yeah I know what you are saying, since my surgery I have developed areas that are like the size of peas in my arms and around my legs according to the dr they are fat cells that have not broken down or dissolved yet. I heard that green tea will help break them down but not sure that is the case.
