I can only offer my stomach testing method that works for me. Take a bite - about 1/2 teaspoon size, wait 5 minutes, if stomach doesn't get upset, repeat. I know that my stomach can handle a new food if it doesn't grumble after 2 bites.

I'm five weeks Post op i was wondering if anybody knows if i can have protein Bars Yet

I did and have had one everyday since.... At first I was only able to eat 1/2 of bar. Took small bites and ate it slowly. Now at 4 months put I can eat a whole bar. I still have to eat it slow and take small bites.

I could have them at five weeks.
