My insurance company BCBS uses Active Health Management, to manage their insurance. Does any of your insurance companies use Active Health and if so what was your pre-determination experience like?

I have humana n they used active health n I was denied last year cause my dier wasn't 6 consecutive months although it was over 3 years time. Well this year humana is not using AH n the docs office resubnitted my paper work, note the same exact paperwork n I was approved within a week. I go tuesday for my surgeon appt n schedule my appointment. Hang in there..
