Chew-able Vitamins WITH IRON

So I'm told that I will need to take chew-able vitamins after the surgery. For me, they will need to also be vegetarian AND have iron in them. I have to take A LOT of iron everyday to keep my iron count at a good level. So is there a chew-able or liquid iron supplement I can take as well at the multi? Ideas?

I know you posted about a chewable. However, my nutritionist recommened nutrametrix multivitamin w/iron. It's a liquid vitamin and ok for lacto-ovo vegetarians. The website is nutrametrix.com. I hope this help.
