Started clear liquid diet to day in preparation for surgery in a.m. The thing that's confusing is that I just got on the scale and I gained 3 pounds since this morning !!!! Has this every happen to anyone? Now I'm more nervous !!!!!

Free Advice: NEVER weigh yourself in the evening, especially if you already weighed in the morning! Almost invariably you will see a gain due to eating, drinking, etc., which is needlessly demoralizing. You may be amazed to see how much you have lost in the morning! ;)
