Yogurt-restriction when eating???

:help: Okay, this is going to sound very weird I know. I have restriction when I eat low fat yogurt but not when I eat regular solid foods ie: bread, meat, oatmeal, pretty much anything. Does anyone else feel restriction only when eating something you don't think you would have restriction on? I don't have restriction when I eat ANYTHING else.

I get stuck with things that cause me to swallow more air than solid foods. Yogurt is one for me as well. I honestly think because I don't have to chew it I swallow more air. I sometimes get it with SF pudding and definately cannot eat jello. Jello has been a no go for me since day one of eating mushies. Soft ice cream is a no go for me as well. Hmmm considering it's high in cals I guess it's a good thing lol

It's probably the coldness that's getting you. The cold makes your stomach/band contract and tighten. I can't eat yogurt because it takes so long to warm up in my tummy, I hate the feeling. Ice cream goes down really good for me though. Go figure!
