Any april 2013 surgery...

Hey guys name is Joan I am 25 and I am a mother of two, been over weight my whole life and on my 25th bday had a break down and decided to make a change in my life And get the vertical sleeve surgery. I have tried so many diets but nothing. I even work out and didn't see little change.

Well I started my process on November 21, 2012 and finally I got a surgery date which is April 5, 2013. I am scared and nervous but after finding this site I feel so better.
