Started pre op diet

Going to be a long two weeks all I do is think about food ugh...lord help me and being snowed in don't help

I feel for ya. It's strange, they want you to go on a diet so that you can go on a diet later on. :unsure:

It's sorta the same logic as going in for a loan. They want collateral to back the loan, but if you had the collateral, you wouldn't need the loan. :)

P.S. Too bad you can't skip the diet part and go straight to the horny part! B)

I am with ya!!! Started my preop yesterday...so far so good. My surgery is March 11th, when is yours?

This is the begining to a brand new you! So Full Steam Ahead Ahead! Keep a positive attitude, trust me it helps and remember you are in controll of your eating habbits. You can do this!

Mine is 12th and so far I'm good no cheating chicken breast and broccoli for dinner yum lol and had 2 shakes earlier

My surgery is on the 11 as well. This pre-op diet is hard to stick to for me as well. I get really bad migraines when I don't eat. Day 1 ended up in bed at 6pm and vomiting :( today I had a banana in with the shake for breakfast and an orange after my lunch shake. I'm thinking maybe tomorrow a salad with just lettuce, cucumber, n 2 tbs of fat free dressing. I'm not sure if this is a good idea but I have to eat something. I don't want to b in bed with migraines for 2 weeks. Good luck!!
