Pre-op diet

Hello,

I have been on my pre-op diet for the last 5 days and its going really well, the only thing is my tongue feels funny. Has anyone else experienced this?

    YES!!! The first time I ever went into ketosis. My tongue turned white and felt like a giant caterpillar and all the skin on the inside of my cheeks peeled off! This time around, it's not quite as bad.. but my tongue still feels weird.... and I got BO galore!

    Ooh wow - haven't experienced anything like that but I'm still early in the game I still have 3 weeks of the liquid diet!!!

    I am happy to know that I'm not going crazy about my tongue - what stage are you at?
