Hummus

I am 4 weeks out and want to eat Hummus with Pretzel crackers. Is that OK

  • All Dr's have different guidelines of when to eat things so as always, check with your Doctor first. My Dr allows all foods by week 4 so I think this would be fine, just chew chew chew those crack

  • Hummus is on my list of allowable foods, from mushy/soft stage on. I love that stuff.

    I would say the Hummus is OK but the pretzel crackers are too rough. I felt if I ate rough foods I payed for it the next day or later that day I could not each as much maybe it made me swollen.

i found a recipe online for edamame hummus made with silken tofu--sounds tasty and could work even for puree. I will report back if it's good!
