Not losing weight during preop diet!

Someone please shed light on this for me. I am on day 4 of my 14 day preop diet and I have lost nothing! Very frustrated...any feedback would be much appreciated!!!! My surgery is feb. 26

    What kind of pre-op diet do you have? I lost about 10 lbs on mine. I could only have 2 protein drinks and a small meal for dinner. I was to avoid all carbs and limit my fat.
