Mine starts tomorrow! My surgery is March 1st!! I'm not excited about the diet at all but I'm very excited for the surgery!! I've been questioning myself the same way about food! I've been eating super healthy during the day, and since Monday I've been letting myself indulge a little bit at dinner with some of favorite foods. So far I haven't gained a pound so I feel ok with it! Good luck!!

Try not to let food control your decisions. Make a good choice for you, one that you can feel good about going into this pre-op time, whatever that may be.

I always feel better about decisions I choose to make as opposed to those I HAD to make.

You can do this! Best of luck to you!
