Chilke protein shakes

I'm currently on my pre op diet and it requires 2 shakes a day. 1 regular and 1 with fruit.

chocolate chilke is what I bought from my surgeons office, the can says to mix with milk or Water but says nothing about blending with ice.

Is it okay to blend mine with ice? I have to use it to blend my fruit too!!

CHIKE**

There would be no reason why you couldnt, I used to use a little less water if I blended with ice, just make sure you drink the whole thing.

I have my shakes with low fat milk now for the extra protein content and still use ice.

I cannot stomach a shake unless its freezing cold, just won't go down at all
