cramp on my left side

So I was sleeved last Saturday and I've been doing really good I started eating soups that are runny. I just ate cream of chicken for the first time and didn't blend or dilute. Now I am having severe cramps! I'm worried my sleeve is leaking! Help! I had soups yesterday and was fine but I blended them. What does leaky sleep feel like or is there chicken stuck in my incision.
