I went to my preop appointment yesterday it went well. My boyfriend has also started his weight loss journey. even though he will be sleeved after me we are kind of doing this together, and we support each other

Kayluc... My husband and I are doing this together as well. We are both just starting our journey and being on the same page at the same time really helps a lot.

I think it is awesome when couples can do the journey together. he would have started at the same time as me but he didnt have insurance at that time.. He is also required to do more then what i had to do.. He has 6 month weight checks and he has to do a sleep study. I didnt have to do the sleep study and I only had four months of weight checks. We both have the same doctor..
