Nov 20th Sleevers

I had my surgery on 11/20/12. I have lost about 50 lbs so far. I am happy with the loss. Here is my issue. I am moving into the part of my dirt where all restrictions are off and I'm afraid to eat anything...I don't want to gain and I'm afraid that if I eat I will gain instead of lose.

Anyone else have these concerns?

Hi Paulag. Yes, I had that concern and it acually happened to me until I gave my head a shake and took back control. You start to feel so god and gradually realize that you can eat almost anything you want even though the portions are smaller. It took an actual weight gain of 5 lbs to make me realize that I still have to watch what I eat. I am hopefully back on track now and loosing gradually. If you have any questions or concerns that I can help you with, please let me know. Take care and stay positive.
