cottage cheese oatmeal pancakes

1/2cup ff cottage cheese

1/2cup oatmeal

2tsp splenda

3egg whites

1tsp cinnamon

I also use a tbsp of walden farms syrup which is a calorie free fat free carb free sugar free brand.

Blend in magic bullet makes five 1/4 cup pancakes and they are amazing

Mine worked beautiful- did you blend everything in a blender? I used the hand held electric blender that I make my protein shakes in, spray a non stick pa with Pam, cook on med high fill bubbles start to form and flip .

Ok redid this morning and blended it longer and it worked fine! Used sugar free syrup and tasted really good! Thanks!
