NUT//post op care

If im going to mexico for surgery..when i come back i think it would really benefit me to see a NUT. How do i schedule this. Are they like dr.s ? Will my regular dr refer me? Also how will i find a good dr. If i have issues with my sleeve other than an er visit. I do have insurance/ it just wouldnt cover my surgery.

I have all those same questions. I'm from Canada I am booked to have my surgery in Mexico, but when I get back home what do I do? I don't have a Dr. Who will follow my progress because the surgery was done in another country. I believe that a NUT is my next step at home.
