Ham and Cheese?

Hello guys, I am 3 weeks post-op and tomorrow will be starting my Soft food stage.... Do you think I can have a slice of ham and cheese?? In other words Do you think the soft foods stage allows you to eat ham and cheese?? Thanks Much

    Yes I believe that ham and cheese was on my soft food list. Just make sure to chew very well and try to get some thinly sliced ham I find it easier to chew/digest.

Thanks a lot Amazon. Is very convenient for me. I love turkey ham and Lorraine cheese, both are low sodium and fat free. And is a very easy lunch and some Protein too. You look great!!!
