Im in Onederland!

I started at 381lbs and I'm down to 199lbs in a short 11 months! This has been a great journey.I'm running my first 5k race next week and can't wait. The race committee wants me to tell my story on stage after the race but I'm alittle shy so not sure if i can do that or not.

Great job! Go ahead - tell your story. Others need to hear how successful you are. You should be really proud.

Good luck to you. And you are a inspiration to me and others. My sleeve surgery is in 5 days. Nervous but with positive posts like yours helps slot. Brag about your success. You may help even more people.
