Blood Sugar

I had an episode today...was at petco with my aunt and started feeling very nauseas, got really dizzy like all the blood rushing from my face, everything was blurry, my left ear was ringing, I could feel my legs giving out, I was trying to hold on to something to not fall on the ground. my aunt was trying to hold me up as she was yelling for help. i could feel everything swirling around me. I started passing out...and finally I started coming to and asked for a chair to sit in...and I started feeling better. She ran and got me something to drink with sugar and i sipped on it while they called EMS. By the time EMS came I was back to normal. THey checked my BP and it was 100/70 which is low. It was probably even lower! I am sure that my blood sugar had dropped cuz this episode happened in an instant. Ive never felt anything like this before...has anyone had this done since surgery? I am sure that I will have to eat more frequent small bites now just to keep my sugar in check. Ughh! :-(
