Getting it done!

Well, i have a friend who got it done. I really want to get it done. I have no insurance. I feel myself getting weaker and weaker. My back hurts, my ankles lock on its hard for me to even put in my clothes I live in Anchorage AK. I need help on finding a surgeon. Please help me.

I have no insurance and the money was a problem for me! I did a lot and I do mean a lot of research and I'm doing my in Mexico!
