I'm sure it's been discussed before but I'm having a terrible time with acid. Lots of churning and gurgling in my stomach. When I eat it feels like the food is getting stuck and it doesn't matter if I take 2 bites or five it all comes back up. I can keep liquids down. Protein shakes make me sick to my stomach but I manage to keep them down. This has been getting worse over the last week and I have called the surgeon's office three times and no return call yet.
Any ideas? Could this be a hernia. I take prevacid once a day as per doc and it does nothing.
