I have been cleared for surgery :)

I'm going to call my surgeons office tomorrow to see if they can finally give me a date! I'm so excited :)

I started working on my clearances approximately one month ago. My blood work showed an infection and high blood sugar levels. I had to go on antibiotics for ten day and get my blood work done again. I was cleared today and my PCP office sent everything this afternoon.

I will keep everyone posted :)

    That's awesome! My PCP submitted to insurance today so hopefully I'm as excited as you are in a few days! Did you not have to do a supervised diet through your insurance? Best of luck to you!

    Yes, I have UHC and had to do the 6 months of supervised dieting. I also had to get a psych eval. Then as soon as I was told I have been approved, I started working on my clearances.
