New to this support group

Hi All,

Just a quick note to say i have read many of your posts and wonder why I have not used them to gather more info.

I was banded April 2006 and have so far lost 18kg still 18 to go but with your support I know i am not alone out there.

Cheers

HI

Im from Hobart. Where are you from? I am soooooooooooo excited that I feel so good. My arthritis is better and my dog is even benefiting from walking every night.

Need to be careful with what I eat as my kids are thinking that as soon as i put something in my mouth I am going to throw up.

Glad to be talking to others. I hope we can share ideas and milestones.

I luv the pictures and scale lines people have put at the end of their names>. Haven't figured out how to do that yet.

Cheers

Ed
