One day away! Any tips?

Hi everyone!

I am one day away! On Saturday I'll be getting sleeved with the wonderful Dr. Alberto Aceves. I am so excited. Any tips from people here on last-minute positive thoughts? Or a way to not get nervous?

I'd love to know if anyone here was worried about it only to find that the process was gentle and easy!?

    All i can say is nothings easy while youre in the hospital but just remember the hospitals temporary :)
