Kickboxing at 4-5 weeks?

I have a membership for kickboxing that I want to start. Do you think it's ok to begin at 5 weeks out?

Thanks!

My thoughts would be no. Six weeks is typically when you are allowed to start exercising again, so I surely wouldn't advise starting any full contact sports before that.

Erring on the side of caution, I'd even add a couple weeks to that before letting someone kick me in he stomach.
