Beyond meat!

I just have to RAVE about Beyond Meat! At 3oz per serving, 100 cals, and 19g of protein , its almost as good as taking a chunk out of an actual chicken!!!

It is my new obsession!

Vegetarian,vegan!?

Funny how your pallet changes post surgery. I was always a fan of fish and other seafood and would probably eat it once or twice a week. Now it's my go to protein.

It's vegan! It's crazy good! I eat it with lime and salt but you can put it in broth and soak it too.

I've heard about this and wanted to try it - thanks for the recommendation! Will stop by Whole Paycheck and pick some up. THANKS!

rubyann - I believe Whole Foods is the only store in my area that carries it. If you go to their website you can do a locator to see where it might be sold in your town. I am heading to WF today to find it.

You may only find it in their deli. My local on has it at the burrito bar only and I buy it alone from there.
