Nose bleeds

So I am 5 days pot-op (yeah) and keep getting nose bleeds. I have terrible allergies and haven't taken my Zyrtec again since surgery. I also haven't had a nosebleed in years. I am guessing the are due to the post-op Lovenox injections. Anyone else experience these and what did you do?
