Going to the bathroom

I am 5 days post op and finally going to the bathroom but its like turning on a water faucet. Anyone else having this problem

Fairly normal. You haven't had solid food to eat, most likely in a while. It takes a bit for the digestive track to reset itself. It it continues, you might want to let the Dr. know. BTW Ingesting a lot of protein will tighten up the pipes so to speak, so be aware of that.
