Another update was sleeved on Dec.17 and have lost 134lbs. Still losing but it has slowed down. Got about 130 lbs to go to reach goal

How can I get more calories in during the day. I eat what I can and drink protein drinks but not getting but around 500-600 in on a good day. Any suggestion

I am 4 weeks out and have lost 65 pounds. My most difficult thing is getting all the protein in that I need and getting solids down like baked chicken
