Will bad Testing results hold up surgery

Ive done all of my blood work ultrasound endoscope X-rays.. I met with my primary doctor today and she tells me that my EKG is abnormal and she referred me to a cardiologist early Monday morning.... Also blood work revealed that I have high cholesterol.. endoscope shows I have something going on in my stomach... Some kind of pouch on the lining and acid reflux...

I had no idea how unhealthy I am

I'm dissapointed in n a bit depressed

Primary doctor didn't prescribe cholesterol meds since I'm getting surgery soon she just gave me a script for fish oil vitamin,

The EKG is what scares me... Something must be wrong with my heart...

Do u guys think the surgeon will deny me the surgery.. Would I be considered at risk.

I'm 23 years old

in april first visit weight 299

before pre op diet 291

day 8 of pre op diet 282
