So I went today, and lost 16 lbs. Today is 17 days since surgery day. I expected more---guess I'm unrealistic or maybe I should be walking like I was told.
Anyway, wondered how your appts go? How much did you lost? Mine is like a big cattle call. There were about 15 of us that had surgery the week of Dec 3 there---same appt time, 8 am, see the surgeon for 1 minute or so, then go into a conference room to wait for the nutritionist and all the other cattle patients. She discussed our next phase (pureed) and then after another week or so, regular food. Gave us some handouts. Then we were let go. Is this how your clinic works? I find it unfair considering what they charge although it's probably hard to fit everyone in if they didn't do it like this, I guess.
