So, I had surgery on June 5. I am down 68 lbs, which is amazing! But, I've been in a stall for about a month. I am exercising when I can, eating my Protein and drinking my shakes. I bought pants today for the first time, and I'm only 1 size down. I thought with almost losing 70 that I'd be at least 2 sizes down. But, my problem is I am not losing in my stomach. So, the pants that fit in legs and butt don't fit in my stomach. I've stuck with the stretchy pants for now. I know it's not going to get any easier, but why the stalling? Does sleep have anything to do with weight loss?
Thanks.
