Cheater cheater pumpkin eater :p

I'm so glad I cleaned out my cupboards. I have been very tempted to cheat on my liquid diet - and I have with a small bite once or twice. I think it would have been too much if I hadn't tossed all the bad stuff!

Sounds like you came up with a good strategy for yourself!

Planning ahead like that shows your committment. Good job!

I also cleaned my pantry and freezer out before surgery. I have also cleaned the grandkids snack cabinet out. No junk foods in this house either
