What are you eating and how much exercise are you getting? Also, what is your current weight?

What are you eating and how much exercise are you getting? Also' date=' what is your current weight?[/quote']

Hi..

I'm exercising 3-4 days a week and I'm eating pretty much everything but not fried foods and not alot of carbs.

Current weight is 148 started out at 224 I'm 5'1.

I'm in the boat, sleeved Feb 27 down 76 lbs and in a two month stall.... not eating anything different..... I cant figure it out.

Stalls happen all the time, and it can be for any number of reasons, including your body just adjusting to your new weight.

Consider upping your Water intake, and checking your caloric intake. Often, as we're getting farther out from our surgery and can eat more, we forget that we may need to adjust our calories because our bodies need less due to our lower weights.

Plus, if you are doing a lot of exercise, your weight may not go down, but the inches are coming off, because you're increasing muscle mass (which is more compact) while decreasing fat (which is fluffier).
