Hello! I am happy about my weight loss of 92 lbs, but frustrated that I have been stuck at 173 for the last 8 weeks. I haven't been this weight since high school. I wouldn't change it for the world!! I love how i look in clothes. I am glad I did it!! How about you?

I'll hit my 1 year on the 23rd and lost 75lbs and stalled since. I know I'm not getting enough protein, water or exercise but will doing all that start the loss again or have I stretched out?!?!?

Today is one year anniversary. I don't think you have stretched your stomach out. My doctor and nutritionist said after one year your stomach will be about 8oz's. It will never get any more than that EVER! Now it all depends on what we put in it. I am upping my exercise and I have completely eliminated all wheat because it bothers me when I eat it. Even with this stall, I wouldn't change a thing!! Good luck and keep me posted!! :)

I'm still down over a 100lbs & at least 10lbs under weight. Started at 205lbs & bounce between 96lbs to 101lbs.
