Pre Op Diet Question

Okay started my pre op diet today...I am to have 2 protein shakes and a sensible meal....did my shake this morning and had my sensible meal and 7 radishes as a snack...its 945 pm here and not hungry..and ready for bed. Should I do my last protein shake? My calorie intake is 437 for the day...please advise...

If your not hungry, I wouldn't. I am on my pre-op diet and I have 4 protein drinks a day. I also have to get in 64oz of fluid. My surgery is Dec.5 and I'm nervous but ready to get it done.

You might not have to worry about it tonight, but I would definitely try to get in the two going forward. Give yourself enough energy to get through til surgery. You want to stay healthy and not let your resistance get down before surgery. I don't think (and anyone please feel free to correct me on this) you did any "harm" today by having a low calorie intake, but you want to stay strong.
