Pre Op Drink?

What is this crazy pre op drink I have been reading about? Now if ya don't tell me I'll think it's snail juice or worse! OH I don't like surprises!

    One specific pre-op drink? I'm not quite sure I know. A lot of us were on liquid diets pre-op, which is just a fancy way of saying "too many protein shakes and drinks".
