Hi All!
I've been reading the postings on this page for quite a while. Since the date of my surgery is now very close (January 3rd, 2012!), I decided to join the forum and become part of this community.
My life is about to change and I am so nervous! I am having my surgery in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. I am originally from Bolivia but currently living in Miami, FL. I have several family member and friends that have had the surgery there and are happy with the procedure. I haven't heard of anyone here having the operation there... Anyone out there? If so, let me know.
I am paying out of pocket since battling my insurance here was a never ending hassle. I decided to go that route. I will keep you all posted on how things go with me. Wish me luck!!!
