Hey I got on on here looking to find people in Shreveport to ask who their surgeon was and saw your post. I have an appt Tuesday with Dr. Barnes, I'm 99% sure I want to go with the sleeve but I am also doing a lot of research on the bypass too. Any recommendations you have would be great!

Hi everyone!! I am from Monroe LA, but Shreveport was the closest with my insurance. Dr. Barnes sleeved me on 12/5. I am still in some pain when it comes to getting up and down, and the gas pains are not all that great. I love him though, and the nurses there are really sweet too. I am so happy that I did this and can't wait to see some awesome results.
