Help

I bought the nectar And I tried it in a 20oz. Bottle o water and it separated. I had to shake it up several times. I don't like it. I need the extra protein it's hard to get 60 grams when you only eat a small portion. Any suggestions ????

    I'm per-op so I've only tried nectar with unsweetened almond milk. Have you tried doctoring it with other liquids or flavoring a (crystal light)? I've also heard of people trying different water/powder ratios. Good luck!
