i am hoping to lose at least a total of 20-25lbs before surgery.
anways. right now im like 360lbs but i am really strong. like i can bench 200lbs and squat probably 250lbs believe it or not. i was a big eater and drinker. i could crush a lot of food.
1/2lb burgers fries rings and half of my wifes burgers. plus a few cokes and a few beers. i was like a bottomless pitt. honestly.
my question is, after this surgery in January, how am i going to feel? i know the 1st month or 2 will suck. im talking like 6 months out,. will i feel weak? or strong? energized or lazy bc i havent eaten. can i lift weights at the gym or will i feel too tired.
can anyone drink beer(s) ?
eat a burger or steak ?
just curious.
