How Soon Has Everyone Driven?

Yes, I'll ask my doctor but just making preparation for my Dec 10th surgery and realized that was one thing I forgot to ask and haven't seen addressed. I know I will be back at work in 2 weeks but just curious if any drove before that?

Thanks,

Denise

I was cleared to drive as soon as I had been off Lortab for 24 hours, so I was driving by the 4th day after surgery.

I was driving one week after surgery. Of course you do have to make sure you are off your narcotics.

I was allowed to drive the day after my surgery a long I wasn't taking pain meds, which I didn't take at all.

I also drove a week after my surgery maybe a little sooner, but stopped my pain meds after only taking them 2 nights at bed time once I was home.
