    Go to feminine hygiene dept at Walmart and buy Poise wipes. They are made for hot flashes. You rub them on your wrist, neck, bend of elbows. They work great.

    Hi,I started having them at 2 weeks out and they stopped at 3 months out.it started again at 9 months and seems to be getting less again now.I am 45 and think the drastic loss of estrogen kicked me into menopause.

    Not too happy about this!
