Hi All.. Can somebody tell me how long is the process from start to finish

Depends on your insurance and yours doctors and you. Some people go from first appointment to surgery in a month or two, some have been at it for almost a year.

I started mid August and had mine done October 31st. But I have a cousin that started almost a year ago and isn't scheduled until dec 19. It depends on your insurance, how long it takes to get all of your requirements completed and your surgeon. Some want you to loose a certain amount of weight pre op. that part is up to you and how you stick to the protocol.

It depends on your Hospital schedules,insurance, your Dr. and if you qualify...My first attempt was from March was the First appt..then Surgery date was in May...be prepared...it goes by pretty fast...that you become wicked eagered!!! You must do your home work...You tube videos help and so did this forum!!

I started in July and hope to hear if I'm approved by early December for a January surgery date.
